Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. The Accountant will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll calculations, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The role also involves preparing basic financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, and coordinating with auditors and internal stakeholders.



The Accountant will collaborate with operations and management to provide accurate financial information that supports decision-making and cost control in the textile manufacturing environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, ledger management, account reconciliation, and familiarity with financial statements.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, and be comfortable working with ERP or finance systems used in manufacturing or textiles.
• Candidates should possess good knowledge of local tax regulations, GST, and compliance requirements relevant to Indian businesses.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and support budgeting and cost control.
• Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with finance, operations, and management teams.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy in office environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or experience in manufacturing or textiles are an added advantage.
