Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in North Goa. This role is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, including supervising service teams, coordinating shifts, and ensuring high service standards. The supervisor will monitor quality and presentation of food and drinks, manage table assignments, and address guest requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner. Responsibilities include training and guiding team members, enforcing hygiene and safety procedures, coordinating with kitchen staff, and supporting inventory control for beverages and service supplies.



The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of sales, service feedback, and operational issues, and working closely with management to improve guest experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading, coaching, and scheduling food and beverage or hospitality teams.
• Ability to uphold and implement consistent service standards and operational procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in food service operations, including table service, order handling, and coordination with kitchen staff.
• Proven customer service and communication skills to handle guest interactions, resolve issues, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices; prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or resorts is an advantage.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability in on-site operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Certificate or diploma in hospitality management or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute formal education.
