About Shielva Sense Shielva Sense is an AI platform that runs the daily front office of service businesses: an AI receptionist that answers every call and message (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, website chat, phone), an AI CRM that tracks every lead and deal, and business automation that sends follow-ups, reminders and campaigns on its own. We are a founder-led, Bengaluru-based startup listed on Clutch, GoodFirms and Crunchbase, working with clinics, salons and spas, academies, real estate and other service businesses in India, the UK and the US. The role We are looking for a Business Development Partner to open recent markets and bring in clients. You will work directly with the founder, own the pipeline from first conversation to signed deal, and help shape how we sell. What you will do
• Find and qualify service businesses that lose leads to slow replies and manual follow-ups
• Run discovery calls and product demos, and turn them into clear proposals
• Build referral and reseller partnerships with agencies, consultants and industry networks




• Close deals and hand clients over smoothly for onboarding
• Track your pipeline in our own CRM and share what customers ask for with the product team Who you are
• 2+ years in B2B sales, business development or partnerships, ideally selling SaaS, CRM or marketing services
• Comfortable starting conversations with owners and decision makers by email, LinkedIn and phone
• Clear, confident communicator in English; Hindi or Kannada is a plus
• Self-driven and happy in a small, fast-moving team
• An existing network among clinics, salons, academies, real estate firms or agencies is a strong plus
