Role Description The Technical Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for driving sales of industrial maintenance products, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with existing customers. The role includes meeting clients, understanding technical requirements, proposing suitable product solutions, and preparing quotations and proposals. The Technical Sales Manager collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and resolution of technical queries. Daily activities also involve tracking sales performance,



maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools, and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Technical Sales and Sales skills, with experience in selling industrial or maintenance-related products.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including relationship building, contract management, and retention of key clients.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand product specifications and provide practical guidance to customers.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant experience in industrial supplies, engineering, or maintenance services is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid negotiation skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and proficiency in basic office software are advantageous.
