– Facility Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee complete facility operations of residential/commercial properties
• Plan and manage preventive corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, civil)
• Ensure smooth functioning of all utilities (water, power, DG, lifts, fire systems)
• Maintain customer complaints records
• Manage housekeeping, security, and technical teams
• Handle escalated complaints and ensure high resident/client satisfaction
• Monitor and control facility budgets, expenses, and cost optimization
• Manage vendors, AMC contracts, and service providers
• Implement SOPs for operations and maintenance activities
• Handle possession process of flats, offices, and shops
• Coordinate with CRM, sales, and projects team for possession readiness
• Ensure units are ready as per checklist before handover (snag-free condition)
• Explain facility usage, amenities,



and safety systems to customers
• Ensure handover of keys, documents, and access controls properly
• Coordinate for post-possession support and initial issue resolution Reviewed By MR. ATUL SALEGAONKAR Qualifications Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum years of experience in facility management (residential/commercial projects)
• Solid knowledge of maintenance systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety)
• Experience in handling vendors, AMC contracts, and service providers
• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and expense management
• Familiarity with possession and handover processes in real estate projects
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting Additional Information
