• Proven vulnerability management or security operations leadership in a large, regulated enterprise, with evidence of improved SLA performance and backlog reduction.
• Incident coordination
experience:
running incident bridges, taking minutes, leading after-action reviews and root cause analysis, and tracking actions through to closure.
• Hands-on with enterprise VM and exposure-management platforms (Tenable, Qualys, Vulcan or equivalent), cloud (Azure, Defender for Cloud), container and AppSec scanning (SAST, DAST, SCA), with working proficiency in the core tools rather than oversight only.
• Solid grasp of risk-based prioritisation and vulnerability risk quantification (CVSS, EPSS, CISA KEV, threat intelligence), communicated credibly to engineers and committees alike.
