Legal Case Management

- Handle and monitor legal cases related to loan recovery, property disputes, cheque bounce cases, and other legal matters.
- Coordinate with panel advocates, law firms, and legal consultants.
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation, notices, affidavits, and case records.
- Track court proceedings and ensure timely updates on all ongoing cases.

Recovery & Collections Support
- Initiate legal action against default borrowers as per company policy.
- Issue demand notices, possession notices, and other legal communications.
- Support collections and recovery teams in resolving delinquent accounts.
- Monitor recovery progress from legal accounts and recommend suitable actions.

Documentation & Compliance
- Verify legal documents related to lending and recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Review agreements, contracts, and legal documents to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate MIS and legal case databases.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with courts, regulatory authorities, advocates, and government offices.
- Coordinate with branch, credit, collection,



and operations teams for legal matters.
- Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders when required.

Reporting & MIS
- Prepare periodic reports on legal cases, recoveries, and litigation status.
- Maintain records of legal expenses, advocate fees, and case outcomes.
- Present case updates to management and recommend action plans.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) (mandatory).
- Enrollment with the Bar Council preferred.
- Additional certifications in legal compliance or banking laws are an advantage.

Experience
- 2-6 years of experience in legal recovery, litigation, banking, NBFC, housing finance, or financial services.
- Experience in SARFAESI, Arbitration, DRT, Civil and Criminal proceedings preferred.
