GTM Systems Engineer (Salesforce & Integrations)

Location: Pune, India, working from the office (no remote option)

About the role
You’ll design, build and support the systems that run the client’s go-to-market engine. The work is hands-on development and integration across their Salesforce ecosystem and connected applications, so the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams can work faster.

You’ll take an AI-first approach to automating workflows and simplifying revenue processes. You’ll work with system owners and stakeholders in Rev Ops, Finance and Marketing. Day to day, you’ll build, configure, troubleshoot and improve the systems those teams rely on.

What you’ll do

• Salesforce development: configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and related GTM applications. Deliver technical builds that solve defined business problems while protecting system reliability and data integrity.

• Integrations: build and maintain integrations across Luminance, Slack, Marketo, 6sense and data enrichment tools, using APIs and automation platforms such as Workato. Resolve integration and data-flow issues with minimal escalation.

• Automation: work with GTM and business stakeholders to cut manual work and improve accuracy through process automation and AI-driven insights. Keep up with Salesforce, automation and AI developments and share what you learn with the team.

• Change management: adapt to shifting business priorities without compromising stability or data integrity. Raise blockers early and escalate only complex or ambiguous issues.

• Troubleshooting and documentation: run root-cause analysis on system issues, write documentation and playbooks,



and help peers prevent and fix common problems.

• Requirements and delivery: turn business requirements from cross-functional teams into technical designs, and deliver within agreed scope and timelines.

• Testing and releases: take part in testing and validation, manage deployments, and make sure changes are documented and communicated.

Must-have

• 3+ years in Salesforce or GTM systems engineering, administration or development

• Hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and platform automation (Flows, Apex, SOQL, Workato or equivalent)

• Experience building and maintaining GTM integrations with tools such as Luminance, Slack, Marketo, 6sense or data enrichment platforms

• Strong grasp of data models and APIs across sales, marketing and customer success processes

Good to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification

• Experience with workflow automation tools

• Familiarity with analytics or BI tools such as Looker

• Exposure to REST APIs, middleware or integration platforms such as Workato or Fivetran
