Position Title

Full Stack Developer

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

- Develop and maintain data-intensive, operations-focused web applications for plant teams, supporting production planning, live monitoring, structured data entry, analytics and workflow automation.

- Build end-to-end solutions using React.js, Type Script, Python, FastAPI and PostgreSQL, with integrations to Azure services and cloud data platforms.

- Translate business and plant requirements into reliable, scalable and production-ready software.

Key Individual Accountabilities

- Gather and clarify requirements with business stakeholders, data teams and plant personnel.

- Design, develop, test and deploy end-to-end frontend and backend features.

- Build user interfaces and APIs for data entry, validation, approvals, audit trails and operational dashboards.

- Integrate live and batch data from external SQL databases and cloud data services, ensuring robust error handling.

- Implement asynchronous workflows, background jobs, job status tracking and real-time UI updates.

- Maintain authentication, role-based access control and production application reliability.

- Support Docker-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines and Azure cloud configuration.

- Troubleshoot production issues involving APIs, integrations and application configuration.

Key Interactions

- Plant personnel and process/production teams for requirements gathering and workflow understanding.

- Digital & Analytics team, including data scientists and data engineers, for application development and data integration.

- IT infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity teams for access management, deployment and security.

- Business stakeholders and end users for testing,



feedback, issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge

- Strong hands-on experience in React.js, Type Script, Python and FastAPI.

- Proficiency in REST API development, PostgreSQL/SQL and SQLAlchemy.

- Knowledge of asynchronous processing, background jobs, SSE/Web Sockets and data integrations.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git and Azure or comparable cloud platforms.

- Understanding of authentication, JWT, role-based access control and application security.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, debugging and requirement-gathering skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders and plant personnel.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Key Performance Indicators

- Timely delivery of assigned application features and development milestones.

- Quality and reliability of developed applications, measured through defects, rework and production incidents.

- API performance, application responsiveness and successful integration of live and batch data.

- Test coverage and adherence to coding, testing and documentation standards.

- Successful deployment and maintenance of applications through CI/CD pipelines.

- Resolution time for production issues and recurring technical defects.

- Stakeholder satisfaction with delivered functionality and adherence to business requirements.
