Profile: Loan Executive

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in loan sales/relationship management preferred

Roles:

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and loan against property.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups and quality service.
- Understand customer financial needs and provide the best loan options accordingly.
- Assist customers through the entire loan lifecycle: from application to disbursal.
- Collect and verify documentation as per the credit policy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) for smooth processing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and compliance norms.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
- Knowledge of loan regulations and RBI guidelines is a plus
