+ 2-4 Years of experience in Banking BPO is preferred. + Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. + Knowledge of ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit fundamentals. + Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. + Positive written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities. + Ability to work scheduled shifts. + Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client when required.
