Job Description : Insight Global is seeking an AI Agent Developer. This AI Agent Developer will be responsible for taking existing AI and Power BI prototypes and moving them into production across several sales-focused use cases. They will productionize the ELT Summary Dashboard with an AI insight layer that identifies risks, changes, and recommended actions, while also building an AI Forecast Coach using CRM and Power BI data to improve forecasting decisions and accuracy. They will automate pipeline hygiene by identifying stale or duplicate opportunities, close-date issues, and other exceptions and alerting the appropriate owners. The developer will enhance Sales 360 and other core dashboards with AI-generated insights and recommended actions and build agents that detect, classify, and route Salesforce data-quality issues. They will automate whitespace and cross-sell analysis across accounts, segments, and product groups and create agents that pull and prepare custom reporting data from C-Force, Snowflake, SharePoint, and Excel. They will also build the MVP of a seller-facing AI workflow that combines Salesforce, marketing, and other sales data to identify buying signals, recommend next-best actions, and draft personalized outreach. In addition to development, they will train and coach the Data & Analytics team so they can build and maintain agents internally.



The overall goal of the engagement is to evaluate five AI use cases and successfully deploy at least two into production by the end of the contract. Skills and Requirements - Strong hands-on experience building AI agents in Copilot Studio / Microsoft 365 Copilot and deploying them into production.
- Solid Python experience
- Experience with APIs, connectors, and system integrations for agents with data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, PowerBI, other applications, and/or Snowflake
- Working knowledge of Power BI / DAX and data models
- Understanding of security and permissions when connecting agents to enterprise data
