- Required Qualification: BE/BTech
- Eligibility: ME to M1 qualified pool
- Roles and Responsibilities: Manage daily production operations to meet targets. Ensure process compliance and reduce scrap (fabric & cured tyres). Drive safety practices (unsafe act reporting, HIRA). Monitor plan vs. actual production and take corrective action. Lead 5S, SMT, kaizens, and audits for continuous improvement. Engage and motivate team members for productivity and ownership.
