Training Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement training plans for sales teams, branch staff, and distribution partners.
- Align training programs with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and product strategy.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using performance data and business inputs

Content Development

- Create engaging training content for life insurance products, sales processes, compliance, and soft skills.

Delivery & Facilitation

- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for employees and intermediaries.
- Ensure effective onboarding programs for new hires and agents.
- Use blended learning approaches for maximum impact.

Compliance & Certification

- Ensure all training programs meet IRDAI guidelines for agent licensing and certification.
- Maintain accurate training records and audit readiness.

Performance Measurement

- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and business KPIs.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for senior management.

Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with business heads, HR, and distribution teams
