Manage Retail and Enterprise customer deliveries from order validation through implementation, acceptance and handover, ensuring timely execution, explicit communication, documentation completeness and billing readiness

Main duties will include the following:

Manage day-to-day Retail and Enterprise service delivery from order validation through implementation, acceptance and handover

Coordinate customers, DCSO, Design, Sales, Solutions, SCM, Finance, CEM, OEMs and partners to meet agreed timelines

Maintain delivery plans, milestone visibility, documentation, inventory updates and billing handover readiness

Track KPIs, SLAs, delivery TAT, RFS commitments, costs, dependencies and customer feedback

Support standardization, partner development, digital status updates and continuous improvement initiatives

Main Responsibilities:

Validate COF / PO, solution scope, BOQ and delivery prerequisites with relevant stakeholders

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource requirements and execution schedules

Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned CAT1, CAT2 and CAT3 customer orders

Coordinate procurement,



PO issuance, WBS readiness, budget approvals and material availability

Coordinate installation, implementation, commissioning, snag closure and power-on readiness with DCSO and partners

Provide regular customer updates, track milestones, address queries and manage delivery escalations

Validate the implemented solution against the approved scope and obtain customer acceptance sign-off

Complete handover to DCSO, Billing and CEM with required documentation and capacity portal updates

Track partner performance, contract-to-delivery KPIs, SLAs, TAT, RFS dates and project costs

Maintain delivery dashboards, action trackers, inventory visibility and audit-ready records

Support rate contracts, open POs, spares management and material TAT improvement initiatives

Capture lessons learned and implemented approved templates, process improvements and automation

Ensure support for Finance audits and adherence to applicable EHS and governance requirements
