Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to Finance department.
- Monitor budgetary and key performance indicator movements.
- Ensure to liaise with the company auditors and regulators .
- Responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization.
- To ensure effective implementation of all Materials Policies & Procedures following local legislation, whilst maintaining brand Standards in Materials Management.
- Ensure to manage the development of accounting admissions, credit/collections and internal control policies.

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

- Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
- Confident in exercising a valuable judgment in decision making skills.
- Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive luxury hotel experience of which at least 3 years in the similar role.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
- Preference shall be given to Chartered Accountant.
- Successful pre-opening experience would be an added advantage.
