Profile: Relationship Manager

Experience:

- 0-3 years in Sales / Banking / Insurance / Mutual Funds / Stock Broking / Financial Services (preferred)
- Freshers with robust communication and sales aptitude can apply

Roles:

- Meet existing and prospective clients in person
- Understand clients’ financial requirements and goals
- Explain suitable financial products in simple, easy-to-understand language
- Generate business through Insurance, Mutual Funds and Stock Broking
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Generate leads through references, networking and the existing client base
- Follow up with prospects and convert genuine opportunities
- Cross-sell relevant products to existing clients
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets
- Provide excellent post-sales service and support
- Travel locally for client meetings

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic understanding of financial products
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (required); basic English (preferred)
- Presentable and professional personality
