Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled React.js Automation Test Engineer to join a specialized, end-to-end testing project. In this role, you will not be building front-end client features; instead, you will leverage your deep development knowledge of React.js and Java Script/Type Script to design, build, and execute robust testing solutions.

You will use modern React and JS testing tools (such as React Testing Library, Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or WebdriverIO) to validate application behavior, component architectures, and integration points.

Key Responsibilities

- Test Architecture & Strategy: Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using Java Script, Type Script, and React-centric testing ecosystems.

- Component-Level Testing: Perform deep component, integration, and UI testing on React-based web applications to ensure seamless state management, rendering performance, and accessibility.

- End-to-End (E2E) Automation: Develop and execute E2E test scripts targeting complex front-end user flows using tools like Cypress, Playwright, or WebdriverIO.

- Unit & Integration Testing: Write clean, modular unit tests and test suites using Jest, Vitest, and React Testing Library.

- Continuous Integration: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Jenkins,



Git Lab) to ensure immediate feedback on code commits.

- Defect Analysis & Debugging: Inspect React application trees, state objects (Redux/Zustand/Context API), DOM updates, and network events to pinpoint root causes of front-end defects.

- Collaboration: Partner closely with front-end React developers, product managers, and QA leads to refine acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and code quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Java Script & React Expertise: Strong programming proficiency in contemporary Java Script (ES6+) and hands-on experience/understanding of React core concepts (Hooks, State Management, Component Lifecycle, Virtual DOM).

- Testing Framework Experience: 4+ years of experience with testing libraries such as React Testing Library, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Test Automation Fundamentals: Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), and E2E testing patterns.

- Debugging Tools: Familiarity with React Developer Tools, browser Dev Tools, and network log analyzers.

- Version Control & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Git and integrating test automation into standard CI/CD workflows.
