Main responsibilities

Experience Workflow Design

- Define end-to-end user journeys.
- Design task flows.
- Design enterprise application workflows.
- Identify usability problems.
- Identify friction points.
- Improve inefficient workflows.
- Validate designs against user needs.
- Consider normal and exception scenarios.

Information Architecture

- Define information architecture.
- Define navigation structures.
- Organize content.
- Make application functionality easy to discover.
- Align systems with user mental models.
- Simplify complex processes.

AI-Assisted Product Design

This is a major part of the current JD.

The designer is expected to:

- Review AI-generated prototypes.
- Critique AI-generated UX.
- Work with BAs to convert requirements into design concepts.




- Guide AI-assisted design using prompts and constraints.
- Identify gaps in AI-generated designs.
- Identify inconsistencies and risks.
