Must-Have**
5+ years of experience in DNS Infrastructure
DNS & Domain Management: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing critical enterprise DNS infrastructure and cloud-based DNS solutions. Proven expertise in managing AWS Route53, Azure DNS, Infoblox, and Vercara UltraDNS.
Cloudflare & Edge Security (New): Extensive experience with Cloudflare Enterprise, specifically configuring Cloudflare for SaaS, Proxy Zones, Custom Hostnames, and managing SSL/TLS lifecycle via DCV (Domain Control Validation) delegation.
Web Application Firewall (WAF) (Current): Hands-on experience configuring Layer 7 edge security. Ability to analyze application traffic to define WAF bypasses, custom rules for API endpoints, and size exemptions for large file uploads without compromising security posture.




Origin Infrastructure Lockdown (New): Deep understanding of securing cloud load balancers (specifically AWS ALBs). Ability to implement origin lockdown strategies using Layer 4 Security Groups (IP whitelisting) and Layer 7 Custom Header validation for shared infrastructure.
ITSM & Change Management: Strong working knowledge of ITIL disciplines, specifically handling complex Change Management (CHG) and Request Item (RITM) workflows in Service Now for live DNS cutovers and routing flips.
Dev Ops & Automation: Hands-on experience developing automation workflows for DNS provisioning and lifecycle management. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops).
DDI Solutions: Ability to manage broader DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IPAM) solutions.
