Role Descriptions: Work on Current Product Initiations programs. Prepare conceptual to detailed Single Line Diagram and Schematics Design calculations and selection of components for LV panels. Responsible for developing connection diagrams| wiring harness| parts etc. Prepare Bill of Material and look for opportunities to Optimize BoM through cost and reliability analysis. Support Factory work by providing technical details/ to lead engineer on daily progress.

Essential Skills: Proficiency in handling EPLAN P8.



Experience in creation of Macros| Symbols| Symbols Macros| in Part management| Creation of plot frames| Forms (Static/Dynamics)Ability to create electrical schematics| wiring diagram| component layout and integration drawings for control & protection| and LV distribution panels. Selection of electrical components like MCB| Fuses| Wire/Cables| MCCBs| Connectors etc. which would be part of the scheme. Ability to perform error sorting on the to generate various reports from EPLAN. Ability to design and select components for cable harness. Knowledge of electrical standards especially LV systems. Experience in standardization of part libraries| templates| formats etc.
