Salary & Benefits

- Net Take-Home Salary: ₹18,000/month

- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month

- Performance Bonus: Up to ₹10,000/month

- Festival Bonus: As applicable

- Tenure Bonus: As applicable

- PF + ESI Facility

Earning potential: Up to ₹25,500/month including attendance and maximum performance bonus, excluding festival & tenure bonuses.

Job Responsibilities

- Pick products from shelves according to customer orders.

- Scan products accurately using the store device.

- Check product quantity, quality and expiry.

- Pack customer orders safely and accurately.

- Maintain proper stock placement and store cleanliness.

- Replenish products and support day-to-day store operations.





- Complete orders within required productivity and accuracy targets.

- Follow company safety and operational procedures.

✅ Eligibility

- 10th Pass or above

- Age: 18+

- Freshers are welcome.

- Experienced candidates can also apply.

- Basic reading and understanding skills required.

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Rotational Shifts – Day / Evening / Night

Shift timings depend on the assigned store.
