We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage overall HR operations and employee-related activities.

Location: Limbasi- Vastana Road, Limbasi, Matar Taluka, Kheda.

Qualifications
Solid HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a respectful, inclusive work environment.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation and reporting practices.
Ability to manage payroll coordination, advantages administration, and HR data accuracy in collaboration with relevant teams.




Proficiency in HRIS or HR software tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR metrics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse business units.
Demonstrated capability in planning, organizing, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within multi-business or multi-location organizations.
