About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications. You will own end-to-end development across backend systems, LLM applications, AI agents, and internal tools, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and execution.

Location: Noida, India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and automation workflows.
Own system design, architecture, and deployment using Docker and cloud infrastructure.
Develop internal tools that improve engineering productivity and business operations.
Debug complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure production reliability.
Drive engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and documentation.




Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into working solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and take ownership of projects from idea to production.

Requirements
Strong Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
Hands-on experience building and deploying production backend systems.
Experience with LLMs, AI application frameworks, APIs, and agentic workflows.
Good understanding of system design, databases, and distributed systems fundamentals.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, and inference optimization.
Experience building internal developer tools or AI-powered automation systems.
