About the role

Be the friendly voice students trust. You’ll stay in touch with ALLEN Online students over calls and messages – sharing updates, answering their questions and helping them through results, renewals and new sessions. It’s much more than telecalling: you’ll also work on data, reports and real academic operations alongside our team and faculty.

What you’ll do
Connect with students – calls & messages to share updates and understand their concerns
Guide & support – share approved info on tests, results,



renewals, timetables and onboarding
Build relationships – make students feel comfortable sharing feedback and queries
Manage data – keep student records, call status and follow-ups updated in Sheets/tools
Work with the team – report progress and escalate queries to faculty when needed
