Key Responsibilities- Site/Project Engineer
Plan, coordinate, and execute residential rooftop solar projects.
Conduct site visits and verify site conditions, measurements, roof structure, electrical requirements, and installation feasibility.
Coordinate with the design, sales, procurement, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Review technical drawings, layouts, and material requirements.
Supervise installation of solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, AC/DC cables, earthing, and other electrical components.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned schedule.
Coordinate with customers regarding site readiness, installation schedules, and project requirements.
Ensure proper installation practices and adherence to electrical and safety standards.
Inspect the quality of installation and rectify technical issues at site.
Prepare site reports, project progress reports, material requirements, and completion documentation.
Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of project materials.




Coordinate with vendors, technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
Attend and resolve site-related technical issues and customer concerns.
Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.
Follow company safety procedures and ensure protected working conditions at project sites.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of residential rooftop solar PV systems.
Knowledge of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, earthing, and protection systems.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar installation practices.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
Valuable site coordination and project management skills.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
2–5 years of experience in solar rooftop/residential project execution preferred.
