Job Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and drive business growth through effective sales activities.
30% Inside Sales: Handle customer calls, follow-ups, lead conversion, and relationship management over the phone.
70% Field Sales: Conduct field visits, meet prospective customers, generate business, and build strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets through company-provided leads and self-generated leads.
Identify new business opportunities in the open market and develop a robust customer network.
Regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers to maximize conversions.

Lead Generation & Distribution
50% Company-Provided Leads: Work on leads provided by the company and convert them into business.
50% Self-Generated Leads:



Generate leads independently through open-market visits, references, networking, and direct customer acquisition.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales is mandatory.
Must own a two-wheeler (Bike).
Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively for field sales activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly sales targets.
Conversion ratio of company-provided leads.
Number of self-generated leads and business conversions.
Customer acquisition and relationship management.
Regular field visits and follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate: A self-motivated sales qualified with strong field sales experience, good communication skills, and the ability to generate business independently from the open market.
