Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily back-office operations and administrative activities.
Prepare internal audit reports and monitor compliance.
Evaluate branch-wise performance and prepare MIS reports.
Monitor operational activities and identify performance gaps.
Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely reporting.
Required Skills: Solid analytical, reporting, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
