Counsel patients and couples regarding fertility treatments, IVF procedures, and available treatment options.
Explain treatment processes, timelines, packages, and financial aspects to prospective patients.
Handle patient queries, provide emotional support, and build trust throughout the treatment journey.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient communication and follow-ups.
Drive patient engagement, follow-ups, and treatment conversions while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in patient counselling from IVF, fertility clinics, or reproductive healthcare is preferred.
