Responsibilities
Support insurance and reinsurance processes for clients.
Prepare policies, invoices, renewals, and endorsements.
Create and distribute client documentation.
Maintain tracking systems and process accurate data.
Track deadlines and coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Follow domestic and international compliance guidelines.
Requirements
Relevant experience; insurance/finance experience.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Positive numerical and documentation skills.
Robust written and verbal English communication.
Knowledge of insurance operations is a plus.
Good research, problem-solving, and process-management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
