Accounts AssistantJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with at least 1 year of relevant experience to support day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, basic accounting, invoice management, ledger entries, bank reconciliation, and maintaining financial records.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries in Tally.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and ensure accurate entries.
Assist with bank reconciliation and verification of transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable records.
Follow up on pending payments and maintain payment records.
Assist in preparing basic MIS and accounting reports.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding accounts-related queries.
Assist the senior accountant in month-end and year-end accounting activities.




Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.
Support in GST-related documentation and other compliance-related accounting work as required.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Accounts/Accounting.
Valuable working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is required.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Experience with sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
