Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, support billing and invoicing, and assist with financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting
Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
Maintain cash and bank books.
Perform bank reconciliation.
Billing & Invoicing
Prepare customer invoices, quotations, and purchase bills.
Verify supplier invoices and payment details.
Track customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
Maintain records of sales orders and purchase orders.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Maintain supplier payment records.
Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.




Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding invoices and payments.
GST & Statutory Compliance
Maintain GST-related records and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing GST returns and TDS records, as applicable.
Coordinate with the external accountant or auditor for tax filings and compliance.
Expense & Financial Management
Maintain employee expense and reimbursement records.
Track company expenses and prepare expense statements.
Assist in monthly profit and loss statements and financial reports.
Documentation & Administration
Maintain organized digital and physical accounting files.
Maintain vendor, customer, and purchase records.
Support management with basic financial data and reports.
