Job Description:
Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Counsel parents on the IB curriculum, academic programmes, and school offerings.
Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
Conduct school tours and parent interactions.
Follow up with prospective parents and achieve admission/conversion targets.
Maintain admission records, lead pipeline, and follow-ups on CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions/counselling, preferably in an IB/International School.
Robust knowledge of the IB curriculum is mandatory.
Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
