Job Description: Business Development Manager – Real Estate

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in team building, managing sales executives, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Build, lead, and manage a team of sales executives to drive business growth.
Train, motivate, and monitor team performance to ensure consistent results.
Generate revenue by identifying recent business opportunities and converting potential leads into clients.
Manage client relationships and develop a strong network within the real estate market.
Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversion rates, and team productivity.
Set sales targets for team members and ensure timely achievement of business goals.
Identify market trends, competitor activities,



and opportunities for business expansion.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and share progress with management.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the real estate industry.
Strong experience in team building and sales team management.
Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through a team of sales executives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-handling skills.
Strong understanding of real estate sales, lead generation, and client conversion.
A target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving business goals.

Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Significant Note

We are considering only experienced candidates with a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience. Candidates must have practical experience in building and managing teams and generating revenue through sales executives.
