We are looking for a legal qualified with 78 years of relevant experience in the power or infrastructure sector.
Key Requirements:
Mandatory: Solid experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
Mandatory: Exposure to land-related legal matters or regulatory matters.
Valuable to have: Experience in litigation, arbitration and commercial disputes.
Knowledge of EPC contracts, ROW, land due diligence and power sector regulations.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
