Role & responsibilities
Operate and monitor recycling machinery safely.
Perform routine machine inspections and report breakdowns.
Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
Identify and segregate different plastic materials from e-waste.
Understand plastic properties, applications, and compatibility.
Identify mixed plastics and contaminated materials.
Have knowledge of plastic recycling processes and material quality.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the plant.
Achieve daily production targets.
Maintain material and production records.
Ensure proper sorting & storage of recycled materials.
Assist in machine maintenance and repairs.
Follow environmental and safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

ITI in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or heavy industrial plant
Hands-on knowledge of PLCs (Siemens / Delta / Mitsubishi / Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and control panels
Solid troubleshooting skills in breakdown situations
Experience with shredders, crushers, or conveyor systems is an advantage
Comfortable working in plant conditions
Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, or English preferred
