Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, statutory compliance support, and coordination with internal departments and vendors. The candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, accuracy in financial reporting, and hands-on experience in ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and process vendor payments, invoices, and employee reimbursements.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records accurately.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in ERP/accounting software.
Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial statement preparation.
Support GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.




Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
Prepare expense analysis and support budget tracking activities.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Hands-on experience in Tally, ERP systems, or accounting software.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential financial information.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in engineering, manufacturing, EPC, or project-based companies preferred.

Knowledge of GST filing, TDS deductions, and vendor reconciliation.

Familiarity with project billing and cost tracking is an advantage.
