Job Title: Interior Designer / Architect

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and develop interior spaces aligned with client requirements and brand aesthetics.
Prepare detailed layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations using design software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, accuracy, and timely execution.
Source materials, finishes, and fixtures in line with market trends and budget guidelines.
Present design concepts and proposals effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
Resolve in office design and execution challenges through proactive problem-solving.




Handle client interactions professionally to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rendering Software, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
Solid creative and innovative mindset with a deep understanding of design principles.
Excellent technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and market design standards.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Solid planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
