Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Create and schedule engaging social media posts & Design basic creatives.
Assist in content writing, captions, and hashtag research.
Support digital campaigns and online promotions.
Monitor social media engagement and performance.
Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms.
Creative thinking and organizational skills.
Interest in HR, recruitment, and digital marketing.
Willingness to learn and handle multiple responsibilities.
