· Search public directories, social media platforms, search engines, and commercial databases to locate individuals or debtors.
· Confirm phone numbers, email addresses, and physical/billing addresses to ensure records are current and accurate.
· Update internal company CRM or collection systems with verified profiles and structured notes.
· Liaise with bank collection teams, telecallers, or field recovery agents to pass on real-time tracking data.
· Generate daily logs, status spreadsheets, and tracing metrics for management review
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
