Job Opening: Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-organised Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through the admission process and help them choose the right courses.

Job Details
Salary: 20,00025,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Eligibility: Female candidates only

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
Provide detailed information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and help them select suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
Follow up with interested students and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate student records, inquiry databases, and admission documentation.




Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve admission targets and maintain good relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and data entry.
Robust counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and a professional approach.
Positive organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome; prior counselling or sales experience is an added advantage.
