Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Hub Incharge to manage day-to-day last-mile hub operations. The candidate will be responsible for shipment processing, delivery partner management, timely dispatch, operational performance, and ensuring smooth hub functioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily hub operations, including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, and dispatch.
Ensure timely delivery of shipments and achievement of daily operational targets.
Manage delivery partners/riders, including onboarding coordination, attendance, availability, and productivity.
Ensure sufficient rider availability to handle daily shipment volumes.
Monitor delivery performance, pending shipments, failed deliveries, and return shipments.
Coordinate with central operations and internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
Track daily operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, rider productivity, attendance, and shipment aging.




Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and company guidelines.
Handle escalations related to delivery partners, shipments, and hub operations.
Prepare and share daily operational reports with the reporting manager.
Maintain discipline, safety, and process adherence within the hub.
Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations.
Prior experience in hub operations, delivery management, or rider handling is preferred.
Valuable understanding of shipment movement, dispatch planning, and delivery processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage ground-level operations and work in a target-driven setting.
Knowledge of the local area and delivery routes will be an added advantage.
