Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and graders on highway project sites. We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support earthwork and road construction activities on our highway projects in Andhra Pradesh. Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, and rollers
Perform daily pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance
Follow grade stakes and instructions from site engineers
Maintain equipment logs and report any mechanical issues
Adhere to all safety protocols and site regulations

Qualifications
Valid heavy equipment operating license




3+ years of experience operating construction equipment
Knowledge of earthwork operations and grading techniques
Physical fitness for demanding site conditions
Basic understanding of safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications
Experience on highway or road construction projects
Ability to operate multiple types of equipment
