Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle retail, with solid leadership and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Build strong customer relationships, enhance customer loyalty, and promote loyalty programs.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and team development, including succession planning.
Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and implement action plans to achieve business goals.




Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
3–4 years of leadership and team management experience as a Store Manager.
Robust leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Good understanding of retail operations, sales management, and digital tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
Customer-focused, empathetic, commercially minded, and results-oriented.
Ability to build trust, motivate teams, and maintain robust customer relationships.
