Role & responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled shredding, separation, and conveyor lines
Handle motors, VFDs, control panels, sensors, and wiring faults
Read electrical schematics and control wiring diagrams
Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Support installation and commissioning of recent recycling equipment
Supervise electricians and technicians
Ensure electrical safety and compliance in a heavy-duty plant workplace
Maintain maintenance logs and spare parts records

Preferred candidate profile
B.E. / B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or heavy industrial plant
Hands-on knowledge of PLCs (Siemens / Delta / Mitsubishi / Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and control panels
Solid troubleshooting skills in breakdown situations
Experience with shredders, crushers, or conveyor systems is an advantage
Comfortable working in plant conditions
Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, or English preferred
