Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the complete garment production process from design to final finishing.
Prepare and manage production plans, timelines, and daily work schedules.
Ensure timely completion of sampling and bulk production orders.
Understand garment construction, fabrics, embroidery techniques, patterns, and finishing.
Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, and other production requirements.
Monitor production progress and follow up with different departments and job workers.
Conduct quality checks at different stages of production.
Identify production delays and take necessary corrective actions.
Maintain production records and provide regular updates to management.
