Job Description – Telesales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Understand clients’ budgets, preferred locations, and property requirements.
Explain residential projects, offers, and investment opportunities in Bangalore.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into site visits.
Maintain daily call records and update the CRM/Excel sheet.
Coordinate with the sales team to close deals and achieve monthly targets.
Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum 1 year of telesales or real estate experience preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and Excel skills.
Target-oriented, confident, and customer-friendly.
