We need a reliable, high-performing sales professional for 3 kW residential solar sales.
Minimum target: 5 confirmed solar sales per month
Field sales only: door-to-door, society visits, market outreach, stalls, and campaign activities
Must have strong local market presence and proven sales numbers
Experience in solar, real estate, electrical, telecom, insurance, or home-improvement sales preferred
Must independently generate leads, meet customers, close sales, and follow up until confirmation
Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills required

Salary & Incentive:
Fixed salary is performance-based and paid as per target achievement
Incentive/commission on every confirmed sale
Non-performing candidates will receive incentives only as per company policy
