We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Explain company products and services.
Generate leads and follow up with customers.
Maintain customer information and calling records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Convert potential leads into customers.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
