Job Title: Business Development Executive – Real Estate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and promote real estate projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, networking, and online platforms.
Identify potential customers and understand their property requirements.
Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Schedule site visits and follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve business growth.

Requirements:
Any degree preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in real estate sales or business development is preferred.
Freshers with a solid interest in sales may also apply.
Ability to achieve targets and work independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
